FLY high!!

Sitting on the rooftop, I sang alone
My audience was the stars that shone me
Around the narrow walk, I ran and I ran
Until my shoes wore out

Every night, all the precious dreams that I dream everyday
I, now, will go and follow my dreams
Super star Now it’s you, raise your voice
No matter who I am, OK. Towards my dream, let’s go
Super star Now it’s you, raise your voice
Don’t hesitate, Begin and present your own universe

It’ll be fine, I’ll do great. Said those words many times
Sometimes I got tired and became afraid
I said that even if I was lonely or sad, I wasn’t going to cry
Your warm sympathy rings my heart

Every night, all the precious dreams that I dreamt everyday
I, now, will go and follow my dreams
Super star Now it’s you, raise your voice
No matter who I am, OK. Towards my dream, let’s go
Super star Now it’s you, raise your voice
Don’t hesitate, Begin and present your own universe

Now close your eyes. Draw the future you
Can’t you see your dream?

Super star Now it’s me, raise your voice
No matter who I am, It’s OK. Towards my dream, let’s go
Super star Now it’s you, raise your voice
Don’t hesitate, Begin and present your own universe

Follow your dreams wo~
Begin now begin
Present your own universe ooh~ Yeah~

Earth Day

The earth is the planet given to us by God to live on. Despite what scientists might have us believe, it is the only planet in our solar system that can humanity comfortably inhabit. The earth is a paradise for the creatures that live on it. Every species on earth has its place in the circle of life. Human beings need food, clothing, shelter to survive. All of these are provided in ample supply on God's green earth. It is an unfortunate fact the we have not taken good care of the land that has been placed in our guardianship. Hopefully, it is not too late.

Today is Earth Day
Every day is Earth Day
Let show our love towards the land that we are standing on
Rescue the Earth as we rescue our life

Earth is excellent
And with many plants
Round and round it goes.
The earth is dying
Help it now !

10 steps to a healthy pregnancy

This post is addressed to any woman who will be a future mother or already in the process of pregnancy. expected that this post will gives  some benefits to you and serves a guide during your prenatal course.

1. Organise your antenatal care early

Good antenatal care is essential to your baby's health. Choosing your carer early means you'll have months to build a good relationship in preparation for the birth. Even if you are not offered a choice of carer, you may be able to develop a rapport with one particular midwife or obstetrician you have met during the course of your pregnancy care. .

2. Eat well

There's no need to "eat for two" when you're pregnant, nor to drink full-fat milk or supplements marketed as maternal milk. In fact your energy needs don't change for the first six months of pregnancy, and only increase slightly in the last three months (by around 200 calories a day) .
However, it is important to eat a well-balanced and healthy diet. Many women go off certain foods, but it's always possible to substitute those with others that provide similar nutritional value.
Make sure that your diet includes plenty of fruit and vegetables (at least five portions a day). Base your meals around carbohydrates such as bread, pasta and rice (preferably wholegrain so you get plenty of fibre). Include protein such as fish, meat, eggs, nuts or pulses, and some milk and dairy foods, every day. It's important, too, to eat breakfast and to keep an eye on meal portion sizes and snacks between meals .

3. Be careful about food hygiene

It is better to avoid certain foods in pregnancy because they carry a health risk for your baby.
Listeria, which can cause miscarriage or severe illness in newborns, can be caused by mould-ripened soft cheeses, such as Brie and Camembert, and blue-veined cheeses, such as Stilton. Don't eat these while you're pregnant. Hard cheeses, such as cheddar, and soft-processed cheeses, such as cottage cheese, Philadelphia and Boursin, are safe to eat.
To avoid toxoplasmosis, which is rare, but can seriously affect an unborn baby, it is important to wear gloves when handling cat litter and garden soil, avoid eating undercooked or raw meat, and wash vegetables and salads thoroughly to remove any soil or dirt.
Salmonella infections may be caused by eating undercooked poultry, and raw or soft-cooked eggs. (Read more about food hygiene in pregnancy).

4. Take folic acid supplements and eat fish

The only supplement that is considered truly vital is folic acid (also called folate), which can help prevent spina bifida and other neural tube defects in babies.
Spina bifida is a serious congenital condition. It occurs when the tube housing the central nervous system fails to close completely and may give rise to severe disabilities. All women planning a pregnancy are advised to take a daily supplement of 400mcg of folic acid starting around the time of conception through the first three months of pregnancy
You can also increase your intake of natural folate through your diet. Folate is found in many different foods, particularly vegetables and fortified breakfast cereals. Other nutrients that are important to your health and your baby's are iron and calcium, which can generally be provided by your diet.
Some studies have shown that fish oils, which contain omega-3 fatty acids, may have a beneficial effect on pre-eclampsia, a baby's birth weight and on the development of a baby's brain and nerves in late pregnancy.
Oily fish contain proteins, minerals, vitamin D and omega-3 fatty acids, which your baby needs as he grows and develops, but it also contains mercury and other pollutants. The current recommendation is to eat oily fish such as herring, mackerel, salmon or sardines no more than twice a week, but you can still eat other types of fish as much as you like.
If you don't like fish, fish oil supplements are available (choose a brand free of the retinol form of Vitamin A, which is not recommended in pregnancy).

5. Exercise regularly

A good exercise programme can give you the strength and endurance you'll need to carry the weight you gain during pregnancy and to handle the physical stress of labour. It will also make it much easier to get back into shape after your baby is born.
Exercise can boost your spirits and help ward off depression in pregnancy. Experts aren't sure exactly how,, but there is growing evidence that it has a positive effect on brain chemicals, such as serotonin and dopamine, which help regulate your emotions and mood.
If you are used to taking exercise in the form of a sport, you can continue with this as long as it feels comfortable for you, unless your particular sport carries a risk of falls or knocks. More gentle exercise such as walkingswimming, aqua-aerobics, and yoga are also very beneficial. You may also find our animated yoga for pregnancy videos helpful.

6. Begin doing pelvic floor exercises

It's very common for women who are pregnant or who have had children to experience stress incontinence; when small amounts of urine leak out during activities, including sneezing, laughing and exercise. You can help prevent this happening by doing pelvic floor exercises, starting before you get pregnant or during pregnancy.
The pelvic floor muscles are the hammock of muscles at the base of your pelvis that support the bladder, vagina and rectum. They can feel weaker than usual in pregnancy because of the extra pressure upon them, and because the hormones of pregnancy cause them to slacken slightly.
Your pelvic floor can be toned and strengthened by a daily exercise pattern. Current recommendations are that you should do pelvic floor exercises three times a day, eight contractions each time.. Read our article on pelvic floor exercises during pregnancy for more information on how to do them properly.

7. Limit your alcohol intake

Since any alcohol you drink rapidly reaches your baby via your blood stream and placenta, you may decide to cut it out completely, or at least to monitor the amount you consume.
In the UK, the Royal College of Physicians, and more recently, the Department of Health, recommend that pregnant women play it safe by steering clear of alcohol. The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and the Food Standards Agency recommend, if you do decide to drink, a limit of one or two units of alcohol, no more than once or twice per week, and not to get drunk.
Women who drink heavily (over six units a day) on a regular basis during pregnancy are known to be at greater risk of giving birth to a baby with fetal alcohol spectrum disorders (FASD), which describes problems ranging from learning difficulties to more serious birth defects.

8. Cut back on caffeine

Coffee, tea and cola-style beverages are mild stimulants, and although the research evidence is not clear, some researchers feel that too much caffeine may contribute to a risk of having a low birth weight baby, or increase your risk of miscarriage.
The current advice suggests that up to two mugs of coffee (equivalent to four cups of tea or five cans of cola) a day won't hurt your baby, although one study suggests that even low levels of caffeine can increase your risk of miscarriage.
As with alcohol, it's best to err on the side of caution and you may prefer to cut down on caffeine significantly, or switch to decaffeinated coffee, tea, or fruit juices, instead, particularly in the first trimester. A refreshing alternative is a glass of water with a twist of lime or lemon.

9. Stop smoking

Women who smoke increase their risk of miscarriage, premature delivery, stillbirth, and cot death
Smoking in the first trimester also slightly increases the risk of having a baby with a cleft lip or palate
While it is best to give up smoking before you even try to conceive, any reduction in the number of cigarettes you smoke per day will give your baby a better chance.

10. Get some rest

The fatigue you feel in the first and third trimesters is your body's way of saying "slow down". A nap in the middle of the day may seem like a luxury you can't afford, but you and your baby will both benefit. If you can't sleep, at least put your feet up and relax for 30 minutes or more, in whatever way suits you best.
If backache is disturbing your sleep, try massage (tell the therapist you are pregnant or look for a bidan experienced in helping pregnant women), aquanatal classes, or exercise classes specifically for back care. Exercise and relaxation can also help with sleep problems related to stress. Try relaxation techniques, which are safe in pregnancy, including yoga, stretching and deep breathing. Always tell the teacher of any exercise or relaxation class that you attend that you're pregnant or choose classes tailored for pregnant women.

La La La La

Alhamdulillah.. akhirnye!! khalas imtihanat. saat yang ditunggu-tunggu oleh kami-kami yang tak sabar nak menghabisi last paper akhirnya tiba jua. comprrrrreeeeeeeeeeetttteeeee!! gaya G-dragon (rase nk menjerit dalam lect hall td, tp terbantut..malu) haha.:P happy happy.. :)

Habis saje exam ape lg, laju saja kaki menuju ke destinasi yang telah dirancang sebelum ini. jalan-jalan bersama dgn ahli bait mmg sangat best. we were really enjoying our time together in Egypt. almaklumlah 3 sem lg dah nak habis daaa. rase macam kejap saja. tp bila time kritikal rase macam kura-kura tengah berjalan. lama. tp buat masa ni saat genting telah berjaya kami atasi. syukur..

Isi perut, isi mata, buang duit sket..uhuk..petangnya, kami bahagia pulang ke rumah. tp frontal headache pulak datang menyerang.  kerana terlalu shock dengan kegembiraan yg tak dapat nak di describe kan agaknya. tak pa lah. paracetamol bnyk. telan saja. 'what is the cause of boy's headache?' aaah.. dah dtg dah memory soalan dlm kertas peds td. ish3. headache, please go away.. *-*

Hoh, esok start new sem dah. tak sabo-sabo teh. tp tak mengapalah. rasa bosan pulak kalau asyik cuti saja. rindu nk masuk kuliah. icecee.. at least ok la wlpn x da cuti lg after exam final sbb nya kan dah dapat sebulan lebih cuti baru-baru ini kt malaysia plak tu wlpn oliday tu x pernah tenang. cukuplah nak merungutnya. orang bagi jaguar nak ferrari pula. huhu. semangat!! kene bersemngat pergi kuliah belajar telinga, idung, tekak.!! walaupun ada terfikir "oh, esk ade kals ke?x tau pun" hehe.. buat-buat lupa pula.

Di Sini Ada Hantu

Time-time exam ni la rajin pula tngan ni menaip-naip papan kekunci laptop lame ni. tadi pagi paper O&G dah selamat. tinggal Peds pula. kami telah secara rasminya mengucapkan selamat tinggal kepada buku-buku o&g yang ditatap, ditimang, dibelai sepanjang musim peperiksaan kali ini. balik je rumah siap simpan terus dlm almari. tak nak tengok dah. tak laraaaattt >.< 'differentiate candida and trichomonas vaginal infection' ..??? whaaat?? ter exophtalmos mata ni dibuatnye. prof, tu sub tahun lepas la prof. aduh. menggoreng sakan la sy tadi. keluarkan segala memory yang masih tersisa mengenai dua makhluk tu. betul ke tak wallahua'lam. sabo je laaa..

A: "oii.. p bukak peds la pulak nye!"
B: "uhuk.. lek lu mek. tensen x lepas lg ni. makan-makan dulu, minum-minum dulu, baring-baring sket, layan lagu, makan lagi.. lek lek"
A: "banyak laa lek. melelek depan ketas peds baru padan muke hang"
B: "blup.. meh sini meh kite pekena JU-ON ka, cita antu ka, best gak ni ilangkan tensen. aku tgk hang asek tensen je balik exam tadi. meh sini meh"
A: "JU-ON? bunyik macam gempak. syook tuh."
B: "amboih bukan tadi hang siap berceramah kat aku suh stdy macam-macam, sakarang laen plak jdnye"
A: "ahaa.. lek lu meeekkk.." :P

Maka, kami beberapa orang ni terus duduk mengadap laptop. walaupun crite baru je sket buffer nye, punat play ditekan teros. tak sabar. siap dengan bantal dan selimut ikut join. ye la kan, kita kena siapkan payung sebelum hujan, langkah berjaga-jaga. almaklumlah, bila cikTU klua, cepat-cepat boley cover. tak sanggup kate mereka nk tgk cikTU. mereka la. sy tak. haha. mana syok tutup mate, telinga sume-sume tu. dah nak tgk cite gtu kene la tengk dia beraksi. punya la die make up putih tebal-tebal, pakai rambut panjang-panjang, siap merangkak-rangkak turun tangge, panjat itu ini, baju compang camping penuh darah, kite x nak plak tengok die berlakon. ish3. tergeleng-geleng kepala sy..

Biasanya kalau member tengok crite berunsur seram ni mesti ajak sy punye sabab sy boleh jadi pencerita diorang bila mata diorang tutup time cikTU keluar. mula lah tanye, "ape jadi bidt? abidt, die buat ape bidt? die kat mane bidt?" haha.. sian sy. jenuh nk menjawab nye.tapi x pe lah. sy relakan saja. :)

A3uzubillahhi mina ashsyaitan arrajim..
Movie JU-ON 1 dan 2 ni sebenarnya dah lama tengok. saja nak aplikasi Mental Health, risk taking behavior. dengan tengok cerita hantu ni risky behavior tau. lebih-lebih lagi di musim-musim exam ni.sengal~ memamg JU-ON adalah cerita hantu yang paling best sy pernah tengok. hantu die memang klas gtu. yang part sy paling gugup sket time kat studio, ade rambut palsu yang boleh memanjang tetibe dan jatuh atas lantai dengan sendirinya then merangkak-rangkak. haha. anti-rambut palsu! JU-ON 3 belum di layan lagi. tak tahu pulak ade JU-ON 3. tak pe. aim after abis last exam. hadiah untuk otak yang banyak bekerja. haha..

Usop Wilcha :D
Cerita hantu KAK LIMAH BALIK RUMAH, memang meletop lah sy rasa. sejak dua menjak ni tak habis-habis sy dengar pasal cerita tu. bagi impak besar nampaknya. masyarakat mudah terikut dengan watak-watak lucu dalam cerita tu esp Usop wilcha tu. haha.. seeloknya yang mana yang baik kita ikut, yang mana tak perlu tak payahla jadikannya satu ikutan. dari segi pengalaman sy menonton filem seram melayu ni, sy rasa tak teruja. tak setanding dengan adegan seram filem-filem seram daripada negara thai, korea, jepun ke. western pun sy x minat sangat nak tengok. bnyk adegan yang tak sepatutnya. tak suka. tapi sejak dua menjak ni filem melayu bnyk mengeluarkan cerita seram berunsurkan komedi. bila di layan, boleh tahan jugak lah wlpn hntu die tak seseram filem luar negara. sesuai la untuk santai-santai, ringankan beban fikiran. yang best stakat ni aku tengok filem Nyangkung, Hantu kak limah balik rumah and ... tak ingat dah. wlpn ade unsur seram komedi, unsur-unsur pengajaran bnyk jugak diterapkan dalam cerita tersebut. tetapi massages untuk disampaikan oleh masyarakat sampai ataupun tidak tu wallaua'lam. harap-harapnyalah masyarakat kita memandang apa yang tersirat drpd tersurat. bukan hanya tonton saja, bergelak ketawa tapi habuk pun tada...

Cukup-cukup lah bercerita pasal cerita hantu. kang Toshio datang jenguk bawah katil baru tau. x pun berlari kt ruang tamu sambil pegang kucing hitam die tu. gerrr.. haha. tadi pun masa tengah dinner bersama diorng sume kat ruang makan, tetiba bunyi alarm drpd henset salah sorang member sy. mula-mula slow, lama-lama makin kuat pula...

A: "hah, ade org bawakkan ke enset  tu ke mari? meh sini meh. makan nasi sama-sama"
B: "org??? mane dah ade org lain. sume kat cni lah!"
...... senyap seketika, mate sorang-sorang terbuntang luas....

p/s: tak pernah try tengok cerita seram kt wayang. screen besar mesti lagi havoc kan kan kan..? hoho. selamat enjoy hari-hari anda dengan.............. :P

Can U Feel My Heartbeat?

'Can you feel my heart beat? heartbeat... heartbeat...'

lagu 2PM rancak kedengaran berulang-ulang seperti juga denyutan jantung aku. palpitation. restlessness. agitation. anxious. increase sweeting. flushing. of course i'm not having signs of obstructed labor. haha. seriously, autonomic nervous system aku hyperexcitable malam ini. mungkin effect daripada pengambilan kopi yang rasanya tidak berlebihan. mana taknya, susu cair tumpah banyak dalam cawan. tak sedar susu dah setebal buku O&G dalam cawan yang tak seberapa tinggi. leka depan laptop! tin susu tertonggeng dibiarkan di dapur tanpa pengawasan dan akhirnya aku pasrah minum air kopi susu ++++. manis!!

mungkin BIGBANG special edition mini-album mereka dah keluar semalam yang telah membuatkan aku seperti ini. seriously, bile je dah keluar, terus aku download lagu2 mereka..haha. cepat je tgn ni tekan butang dwld. nak beli album almaklumlah kat mesir ni mane la ade jual. tp klu ada pun mungkin akan berfikir berjuta kali sebelum beli kot. sengal~ but really their songs are superb! berbaloi aku tunggu ketibaan mini-album mrk yang terbaru ini di youtube. sekarang tunggu keluar MV pula untuk lagu LOVE SONG. x sabarnye!!

GD, TOP, Taeyang, Daesung, Seungri !! ya'll real superstars!!

i never hate this LOVE SONG ! ^_^

exam! bang bang bang.. berdentum lagi jantung aku. >.< neuropsych dah selamat. tinggal 2 gajah gergasi lagi. eotokae!! rasa macam nak cepat-cepat habis exam. tak sabarnya! wlpn paper yag lepas tak berapa, bnyk salah daripada betul, banyk kantoi, akan aku teruskan usaha utk yang ada lagi ni. never give up but sometimes feel down. heart broken dengan paper neuropsch and mid term O&G. mmg lepas je balik exam aku mengalami kemurungan dalaman selame beberapa jam. lain kali, please don't be so careless!!. use ur mind ultimately when facing exmntion's papers and always believe that you can do it. trust. have faith. Allah always be there for you...

ok. sekarang jom focus untuk O&G dan Peds. stelah puas membebel, sambung bukak buku lah pula ye. semoga semangat tidak patah, makin kukuh seperti bersemangatnya penduduk mesir yang berani menegakkn hak mereka. riot riot riot. riot for the future.. :)
